Track your order
Before your items are dispatched, you will be notified via email each time the status of your order changes:
- 1. Processing: payment has been authorised and necessary action has taken place e.g. Your order has been passed on to the dispatch team to pack or passed on to the manufacturer for direct dispatch.
- 2. Dispatched: your order has now been dispatched and should be with you soon. The tracking detail should be in the email notification which we send you.
